“DO” Workout!Black Women

I’m a mother of four and have gained most of my weight after pregnancy when nursing and eating whatever children didn’t finish because I didn’t want to waste food. I had started and failed at so many diet only to binged two weeks in. I even tried working out everyday for hours but would never see the scale go down. I started Keto on Jan 17 2018 after my youngest daughter first birthday. I took family pictures and couldn’t even post them on social media because I couldn’t even recognize who that person was anymore. I made a promise to myself that I would give myself three months before I even thought about quitting or cheating. I lost 30 lbs in those three months. Since then I’ve never looked back! I’ve lost an overall 91lbs and have kept it off for 10 months! I have decided make keto my permanent way of eating for life. My starting weight is 276lbs and current weight 185lbs.
I workout 3-4 times a week
Height 5ft 7.5 inches
